Special Board of Directors Meeting

Held at Bob’s Your Uncle on April 4th 2009. Meeting started
at 1:40pm.
There were 9 people present:

WOYC-   Kick off on April 17th 2009, we decided to
do a door prize of a IAVQCC Membership along with a felt apron
bag. April 25th 2009, we decided not to have a table for the
event at the Sycamore Mall.    

IFFCA- Next meeting is April 25th 2009 at the Quality
Inn & Suites at 9am. Talked about getting a new alternate.
Brenda N. nominated Brenda O. and Louise nominated April.
Vote taken 8 votes for Brenda O. and 1 vote for April.
Brenda O. is our new alternate for IFFCA.

May 8th 2009 is PROVIDER APPRECIATION DAY.

to Success June 20th 2009 Brenda N entertained the open
floor motion to have IAVQCC put on a conference forum. Amanda
made the motion Sandy second the motion.
