ABOUT US
Iowa Voices for Quality Child Care organized out of a
common concern for a provider support group that is
responsive to the needs of its members.  The charter
members wanted to create a strong group of highly
professional providers who would come together and learn
from each other in an atmosphere of collaboration and cooperation.

We work with other community groups and organizations
to raise awareness of and advocate for quality child care in the
state of Iowa.
 
The purpose of this organization shall be:

To improve the quality of home-based child care in the state
of Iowa through
Trainings / education
Support / networking
Mentoring
Resources

To act as an informational source regarding state child care related issues for
Providers
Consumers of child care
Community organizations
